You don’t need more opinions about your body.

You need clarity and trust in yourself.

Most women enter pregnancy and postpartum feeling overwhelmed by advice, unsure of what their body is doing, and afraid of making the “wrong” decisions.

You don’t have to stay in that place.

At BodyWise Birth Co., I help you understand your body, trust your signals, and move through pregnancy, birth, and recovery with more confidence and less fear.

How I Support You

1 / BodyWise Education

For women who want to understand their body more deeply at every stage.

This includes upcoming and on-demand education such as:

  • menstrual cycle awareness + fertility education

  • body literacy foundations

  • pregnancy preparation courses

  • postpartum recovery education

These programs help you move from confusion → clarity → confidence in your own body.

2 / Pregnancy & Birth

Personalized, in-person support for pregnancy, labor, and birth in the Raleigh / Triangle area.

This is for you if you want:

  • grounded, steady support throughout pregnancy

  • help understanding what’s normal and what’s not

  • support making informed decisions during labor

  • advocacy and calm presence during birth

  • guidance for your partner so they feel confident too

You don’t have to navigate this season alone or guess your way through it.

I’m here to help you feel prepared, supported, and deeply informed as you move through birth.

3 / Postpartum

Postpartum is not just recovery—it’s a major physical and emotional transition.

I support you in:

  • understanding what healing actually looks like

  • rebuilding strength and stability safely

  • navigating early newborn days with more confidence

  • supporting your nervous system and emotional adjustment

  • reducing overwhelm through grounded, realistic guidance

You deserve support that honors your recovery—not just your baby.

My Approach

Everything I teach is rooted in one core belief:

Your body is not broken,
it’s communicating.

My role is not to replace your intuition or overwhelm you with information.

My role is to help you:

  • understand what your body is telling you

  • trust your own experience

  • make informed, confident decisions

  • feel supported instead of alone in the process

This is body literacy.
This is body trust.
This is BodyWise.
